CEREMONY - A National Day of
Prayer ceremony will be held May 1
at noon at the Perry City Hall in the
court room. It will be hosted by Perry
Ministerial Association. Pastor Steve
Schave of the Lutheran Church, is

COMMEMORATION - The City
of Centerville will commemorate the

■ FUND-RAISER FOR FIRE
VICTIMS - A benefit sing and
spaghetti dinner for victims who
lost everything in a house fire will
be held at Cornerstone Free Will
Baptist Church May 3 at 5 p.m.
The benefit will feature the White
Stone Gospel group and Solid Rock
Singers. The cost is $5 per plate

The Houston County Board of Commissioners Has declared
surplus to their needs numerous cars, trucks, moving equipment
and miscellaneous equipment including typewriters, computers,
printers, office furniture, photocopiers, fax machines. Bicycles

Education Program - May
through June, Tuesdays, 9-11
a.m., and Thursdays, 9-10 a.m.
A 12-week education and fitness
program for cancer patients and
survivors. A different health topic
will be presented each week fol
lowed by one hour of group and/
or individual exercise. The goal
of the program is to offer sup
port through the recovery pro
cess as well as empower patients
to improve functional capacity
and increase their quality of life.

"Always remembered"
Kelly Diane Hill
BONAIRE, Georgia - Kelly Diane Hill, 19, our sweet baby, went home to be with her Lord
and Savior Jesjjs Christ on April 27, 2008. Kelly was a very special person and the joy of our
lives. She will be truly missed by her family and friends.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 1, in the Sandy Valley Baptist Church with burial
in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral
home.
Miss Kelly was bom in Warner Robins. She was a graduate of Houston County High
School Class of 2007. She was presently attending Georgia Military College and worked
partime at Genji Japanese Steak & Seafood. She was a member of the Sandy Valley Baptist
Church and a helper in Children's Church..
Survivors include her parents, Dorothy & David Hill of Bonaire, sister Katherine Hill of
Bonaire, Pat. Grandmother, Barbara Hill of Warner Robins, Mat Grandparents, Carroll &
Leslie Moody of Blytheville, AR, uncles, Tom (Jill) Metzger of Centerville, Paul Kelly of Byron,
Lynn (Wayne) Rackley of Warner Robins, Rosemary (Jerry) Wilhite of OH, Robby Hill of Roanoke, VA, aunt, Ellen
(Sandy) Hastings of Warner Robins.

Harold V. Fitzpatrick
BYRON - Harold V. Fitzpatrick, 85, entered into rest on Monday, April 28, 2008.
Mr. Fitzpatrick was born on September 16, 1922, in Brooklyn, New York
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Fitzpatrick, Byron; daughter, Patricia Riner, Byron; sons, Michael Fitzpatrick,
Warner Robins; Stephen Fitzpatrick, Albany and John Fitzpatrick, Byron.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 30, 2008 from 7-9 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held
at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2008, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with full military honors;
interment will be in the Georgia War Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville
