DER POWER OF SALE
STATE OF GEORGIA
COUNTY OF HOUSTON
On the 27th day of July,
2006, HOMES BY BULL, LLC exe
cuted a Deed to Secure Debt in fa
vor of SECURITY BANK OF HOUS
TON COUNTY, securing a note of
even date in the original principal
amount of $184,004.00, said indebt
edness being due and payable in
accordance with the terms and con
ditions contained in said note, and
said Deed to Secure Debt being of
record in Deed Book 3942, Pages
169-176, Clerk's Office, Houston
County Superior Court and modified
on March 29, 2007 recorded in
Deed Book 4234, Page 106, said
Clerk's Office.
By virtue of the power of
sale contained in said Deed to Se
cure Debt, there will be sold by the
undersigned at public outcry to the
highest and best bidder for cash be
fore the Courthouse door of Houston
County, Georgia, within the legal
hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in
June, 2008, same being June 3,
2008, all of the following described
property:
All that tract or parcel of
land situate, lying and being in Land
Lot 88 of the Eleventh (11th) Land
District of Houston County, Georgia,
being known and designated as Lot
42, Block "B" and Lot 13, Block "D",
Section No. 4, Southfield Plantation
Subdivision, according to a revised
plat which is of record in Plat Book
66, Pages 97-99, Clerk's Office,
Houston Superior Court. Said plat
and record thereof are hereby incor
porated herein by reference for all
purposes.
The debt secured by said
deed to secure debt has been de
clared due because of default in the
payments thereon, and in the due
performance of the covenants
therein contained, including pay
ment ad valorem taxes. The debt re
maining in default, this sale will be
.made for the purpose of paying
same and all expenses of the sale,
including reasonable attorney's fees.
Said property shall be
sold as the property of Homes by
Bull, LLC and its successors in title,
subject to outstanding ad valorem
taxes, easements, and other matters
as will otherwise appear on the pub
lic records in Houston County and
other restrictions of record. To the
best of the undersigned's knowledge
and information, the above de
scribed property is presently in the
possession of Homes by Bull, LLC.
WHEREAS, the giving of
notice in compliance with O.C.G.A.
Sections 44-14-162- 44-14-162.4
was not required as the property
conveyed by the aforementioned
deed to secure debt was not used
as a dwelling place by the debtor at
the time the deed to secure debt
was entered into.
The undersigned will exe
cute a deed to the purchaser at said
sale as provided in the aforemen
tioned deed to secure debt.
