Larry T. Floyd of Cochran announce the
engagement of their daughter, Amy Elaine
Floyd, to Marcus Ryan Hutto, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Ronald A. Hutto of Perry.
The wedding will be at Pineola Farms,
Fort Valley, on June 21, 2008.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of
Mary Pierce and the late Sgt. James D.
Pierce of Warnr Robins, and Mr. and Mrs.
Terrell Floyd of Cochran.
A graduate of Warner Robins High
School, she earned a bachelor’s degree in

and Sandy Pope of Haynesville announce
the engagement of their daughter, Angela
Katherine Pope, to James Tyler Cross, son of
Dennis and Jerrie Cross of Unadilla.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of
the late Don and Mary Jones Dunaway of
Unadilla and the late Alvin and Ila Mae
Pope of Dooly County. She is a 2001 gradu
ate of Fullington Academy in Pinehurst and
an honor graduate of Valdosta Technical
College. Angela is a Master Cosmetologist
and employed by Seasons Spa and Salon in
Perry.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late
Joe and Ruby Wilson of Elko and the late
J.C. and Myrtle Cross of Pinehurst. He is a
2001 graduate of Fullington Academy and
is currently pursuing a degree in Aircraft
Structural Technology at Middle Georgia
Technical College. Tyler is employed as a
videographer with Artistic Images Video
Productions in Warner Robins.
The couple attends Harvest Methodist
Church .in Warner Robins.
The wedding is planned for June 21, 2008
at 6 p.m. at Southern Hills Golf and Country
Club in Hawkinsville. All family and friends
of the couple are invited to attend.
After a honeymoon in Mazatlan, Mexico, the
couple will make their home in Unadilla.

and vegetable plates, more

sides, daily lunch specials,

S2O and a Lil Cuties menu.

Lauren Flowers celebrated her birthday on May
with dinner at home with good friends including
Kelly Franklin, Caroline Phol, Mallory Eubanks, Kathyrn
Stanley, Abby Goodroe, Beau Lunceford, Will Jenkins, Josh
Horton and Matt Amrit. It is hard to believe that Lauren*
is 17 now! I remember when Lauren lived next door to me,
and she was only 5 or 6 years 01d...

Finally, thanks for all of your kinds words about Bea.
As you can tell, she is and will be very special to this fam
ily from here out. I guess that I should have shared with
everyone that Danny and Bea were both adopted at birth.
Danny is 2 years older, but they have the same biological
birth parents. A rarity wouldn’t you say.
