The Warner Robins Police

Next to the LE facility is

Georgia Chamber Recognizes 2 Houston County Delegates
The Georgia Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday
honored five lawmakers with its annual Legislator of the
Year awards. State Senator Ross Tolleson (R-Perry) and
State Representative Larry O’Neal (R-Warner Robins)
were recognized with the Georgia Chamber’s highest
honor for their exceptional efforts to promote the cham
ber’s 2008 legislative agenda.
“These lawmakers have helped Georgia become one
of the most business-friendly states in the nation,” said

All in all, the vision was a
thing of beauty. But for all
it was, it was still a work in
progress.
To that end, maps of the
proposed model were placed
at several locations in the

during the green-red-blue

“We need you to tell us if
we’re headed in the right

Thursday (four of which
were councilmen, Clifford

John Havrilla and John

For Ostergaard and Lee,
that can’t happen soon
enough.
“We would hope to see
something like the new con

of the things a lot of people
have said they would like to

about a month,” Ostergaard
said, adding to fully realize
the plan could take years.
“The thing is with people,”
added Lee, “is we’re still try

“With us, we need to keep
this on the front burner. So
we need to give them some
thing immediately that they
can see.
