to the highest bidder for cash, the

Tenth Land District, County of Hous
ton, State of Georgia, being known
and designated as Lot 5, Block A,
Section 2 of Fox Ridge Subdivision
as shown on a Plat of Survey pre
pared by Jones Surveying Company
dated October 30, 1987 and re
corded in Plat Book 36, Page 86,
Clerk's Office, Houston Superior
Court. Said Plat and the recorded
copy thereof are hereby made a part
of this description by reference
thereto. Tax ID: 828-11
which has the property ad
dress of 102 Ashley Drive, Perry,
Georgia., together with all fixtures
and other personal property con
veyed by said deed.
The sale will be held sub
ject to any unpaid taxes, assess
ments, rights-of-way, easements,
protective covenants or restrictions,
liens, and other superior matters of
record which -may affect said prop
erty.
The sale will be con
ducted subject (1) to confirmation
that the sale is not prohibited under
the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) to
final confirmation and audit of the
status of the loan with the holder of
the security deed.
Notice has been given of
intention to collect attorneys' fees in
accordance with the terms of the
note secured by said deed.
Said property will be sold
as the property of James R. Linder
and Susan D. Linder and the pro
ceeds of said sale will be applied to
the payment of said indebtedness,
the expense of said sale, all as pro
vided in said deed, and the under
signed will execute a deed to the
purchaser as provided in the afore
mentioned Security Deed.
