been last sold, assigned, transferred

sor in interest to JP Morgan Chase

ment securing a Note in the original
principal amount of $151,712.00, the
holder thereof pursuant to said Deed
and Note thereby secured has de
clared the entire amount of said in
debtedness due and payable and,

curate survey and inspection of the
