Cooking Sequence
• Preheat grill; rinse berries
• Prepare salad and dessert each through step 1-10 minutes
• Prepare turkey and complete salad; serve -15 minutes

Blueberry Chutney Turkey
2 Jennie-0 Lemon Garlic Turkey Breast Tenderloins
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup fresh blueberries (rinsed)
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup Crosse & Blackwell Mango Chutney
1 tablespoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper jelly

1 cup fresh blueberries (rinsed)
1/4 cup Planters Chopped Walnuts
3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Blueberry Chutney Turkey,
Berry Bright Salad, and Fruit Crunch Parfaits

1 Preheat grill on medium-high. Cut tenderloins
diagonally, across length, into about eight 1 -inch-thick
slices (medallion cut). Drizzle oil over both sides of
slices. Wash hands.
2 Place turkey on grill, using tongs; close lid (or cover
with foil). Grill 5-6 minutes on each side or until inter
nal temperature reaches 170°F. Use a meat thermom
eter to accurately ensure doneness. (Grills vary widely;
adjust time as needed.)
3 While turkey grills, place remaining ingredients in
small saucepan on medium-high. Cook 8-10 minutes,
whisking often, until blueberries break up and flavors
are well blended. Serve sauce over turkey.

1 Place salad blend, blueberries, walnuts, and blue
cheese in salad bowl. Cut strawberries into bite-size
pieces and add to salad.
2 Toss with dressing and serve.

1 Slice strawberries thinly; set aside. Combine
remaining ingredients (except cereal and blueberries) in
medium bowl, whisking 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
Chill both until ready to serve.
2 Place half of cereal evenly into four parfait glasses.
Layer half each of strawberries, blueberries, and
cheese mixture; repeat layers. Top with extra
whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
