Police charge man with child moleslalion

According to a.release from
the Warner Robins Police
Department, a 10-year-old
Moseiy
directions. When the child
approached the vehicle, the
male exposed his genitals.
After an investigation,
the offender was identified
as Charles Moseiy, age 30 a
convicted sex offender from
Macon.
Tuesday, with the assis
tance of the United States
Marshals Service Southeast
Regional Fugitive Task
Force, Moseiy was located,
arrested and charged with
