In real friends, he meant “unconditional friends”. We have so many superficial friends now days, I guess it has always been that way. You know what I’m talking about, the friends that always come around when they think you can do something for them and then you never see them again. We all have them at different levels and times in our lives. The Christmas season makes me so thankful that I have several real good friends and hope the Good Lord blesses each one of them this season. I won’t name them, they know who they are. If I were to tell you, someone would try to mess it up. Oh, I have my enemies too! And during this Christmas season I hope they have a blessed Christmas season also. After all, what would the Road Runner be without the Coyote or Bugs Bunny without Elmer Fudd? When I say enemies, I mean adversaries in the Business/ Political world. I don’t hate anyone or have any enemies from a personal standpoint. Well, at least I don’t! I am also blessed to have such a loving family. My fam ily has always been close at Christmas time. This will be the first Christmas I have ever had without one of my parents, so from that stand point it will be a sad one. But, God seems to know how to make things better. Just before I lost my Dad, I met my sister that I hadn’t known for 47 years.
