Spotlight: New Russell Middle School opens

(Top) The new Russell Middle School in Winder is now open for the 2016-2017 school year. RMS held two open houses last week for students and parents.
Road construction in the area is still ongoing but no problems were reported for the first day of school on Monday. The school’s new gym (below left)
