Winder Police Arrests
Winder Police Dept,
reports 25 arrests
The Winder Police Department reports the recent arrests
of 26 people.
Those arrested and their charges include:
•Barry Lee Duncan, 60, 34 Mimosa Street, Winder,
public drunkenness.
•Yohance Ramon Boyd, 42, 219 Bill Lucas Drive SE,
Atlanta, printing, executing, negotiating checks, drafts,
etc, knowing information is in error or fictitious and
forgery.
•Michael Hubert Riley, 53, 129 Elm Street, Winder,
probation violation.
•Amberly Paige Ewing, 27, 22 East Wright Street,
Winder, possession of marijuana.
•Jeffery Wayne Manders, 46. 22 Quail Court, Winder,
theft by deception.
•Jeffrey Allen Harvey, 25,148 West May Street. Winder,
willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, outstand
ing warrant and probation violation.
•Aleksander Winslow Benton Rudy, 32, 88 Horton
Street, Winder, public drunkenness.
•Rebekka Shay Haley, 33. 158 Skyline Drive, Jefferson,
driving while driver’s license is suspended or revoked and
willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.
•Steven Jon Drevitson, 37, 1141 Highway 124,
Hoschton, possession of methamphetamine, possession
for use of drug-related objects, driving while driver’s
license is suspended or revoked, driving without a valid
driver’s license on person and concealing the identity of
a vehicle.
•Antonio Martinez, 59, 556 Riverbirch Trace, Stone
Mountain, speeding and driving while driver’s license is
suspended or revoked.
•Lige Ambrose Colquitt, 33, 1411 Waverly Way, Mon
roe, criminal trespass and willful obstruction of law
enforcement officers.
•Adam Scott Britt. 34. 120 2nd Street, Winder, aggra
vated assault.
•Timothy Maurice Mayweather, 53, 120 Ashwood
Drive, Winder, willful obstruction of law enforcement
officers and outstanding warrant.
•Steven Russell Colley. 27. 1305 Township Drive, Law-
renceville, driving while driver’s license is suspended or
revoked.
•Kendrick Jermaine Kelly, 36, 309 Ryan Road, Winder,
false report of a crime, false statements and writings, con
cealment of facts and insurance fraud.
•Shalaina Blair Edwards, 29, 488 Monroe Highway,
Bethlehem, probation violation and theft by shoplifting.
•James Kevin Stewart, 23, 2220 Arden Creek Drive,
Bethlehem, expired license plate and open container vio
lation.
•Crystal Leanne Sargent. 31, 1162 Dan Waters Road,
Commerce, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
•Crystal Gail Price, 35, 420 Dove Lane, Social Circle,
possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distrib
ute and hold for another agency.
•Steven Antwan Council, 34, 3515 Pleasantdale Drive
#365, Atlanta, open container violation, driving under the
influence (DUI) of drugs and possession of a Schedule IV
controlled substance.
•Kathryn Bell Bryant, 41, 353 Shenandoah Circle,
Winder, DUI - alcohol.
•George Edward Greer, 35. 173 Hamilton Avenue, Apt.
B, Winder, failure to appear.
•Alicia Danielle Baldwin, 25, 156 Russell Street, Wind
er, failure to appear.
•Josiah Ittai Watford, 18, 30 Hosch Circle, Winder, out
standing warrants.
•Danny Eugene Ledbetter, 53. 97 Circle Drive, Winder,

Seven arrested by Auburn Police Deptartment
The Auburn Police Department
reports the arrests of seven people
during the past week. Those arrested
were:
•Ronnie Kenneth Langley, 41,
316 Carter Road, Auburn, failure to
appear.
•Brandi Lynn Ham. 20, 1216
Ewing Chapel Road, Dacula, proba
tion violation.
•Danny Gerald Bailey, 44, 2808
Majestic Circle, Dacula, outstanding
warrant.
•Kathleen A. McHenry, 48, 1358
Old Virginia Court, Marietta, incar
ceration order.
•James A. Vantroostenberg. 33,
167 Village Way, Lawrenceville,
failure to maintain lane and driv
ing while driver’s license is sus
pended or revoked. Vantroostenberg
was arrested when his vehicle was
stopped for failure to maintain lane
on Atlanta Highway at Ethridge
Road.
•Phillip David Baker, 30. 126
Elkgrove Drive, Auburn, driving
while driver’s license is suspend
ed or revoked and taillights/lenses
requirement violation.
Baker was arrested when his vehi
cle was stopped for a taillight vio
lation.
•Mark Allen Golden Carlyle. 34,
152 6th Street, Monroe, outstanding
warrant. Carlyle, a passenger in a
vehicle stopped for running a stop
sign, was arrested for an outstanding
warrant.

APD Incidents
Man flees from Auburn officer attempting traffic stop
The Auburn Police Department,
on Aug. 12. took out warrants on a
Hoschton man after he fled from an
officer attempting a traffic stop on
the 1987 Ford F-350 he was driving.
The officer reported when he ran
the tag number on the vehicle and
the driver, who was known to the
officer, it came back as having a
suspended driver’s license.
The officer attempted a traffic stop
on the driver and after following
him for a time the driver “left the
roadway going through a ditch and
into the dense wood line, creating
an extremely hazardous situation
for himself and others,” the officer
reported.
Warrants were taken on the driv
er for suspended driver’s license,
failure to maintain lane, failure to
obey traffic control device, reckless
driving and fleeing and attempting
to elude a law enforcement officers.
OTHER INCIDENTS
Other recent incidents reported by
the Auburn PD were:
•damage to personal property on
Autry Road, where a woman report
ed her 2013 Dodge Avenger had
been damaged on the driver’s side
rear bumper.
•outstanding warrant at a 4th Ave
nue residence.
•warrant arrest at a Carter Road
residence.
•possession of opium or derivative
and possession of methamphetamine
at an Ethridge Drive residence.

REPORT OF TOWN OF BRASELTON COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT OF PROPOSED MILLAGE RATE
The Town of Braselton Community Improvement District (“CID”) reports that at its meeting
on August 25, 2016, beginning at 4:30 P.M. at 3740 Village Way, Braselton, Georgia, the Town of
Braselton CID Board of Directors will vote upon a proposal to levy an ad valorem taxation rate of 5
mills, and will set its millage rate for the lawful purposes of the District for the current calendar year
for CID properties located in Barrow County. Set forth below are the assessed taxable values of the
Barrow County properties subject to CID taxes for the current year and immediately preceding five
years, the total dollar amount of CID ad valorem taxes proposed to be levied for the current year and
levied in the immediately preceding five years, as well as the percentage and total dollar increases or
decreases with respect to the immediately preceding year. All property levied upon is real property
used nonresidentially. The millage rate for each year has been 5 mills.
