Habersham entered this week 2-4 in
region play while Gainesville is 0-6.
Upcoming games for AHS include a
non-region contest at Monroe Area
Wednesday (today) at 5:30 p.m. and a
road region game at Gainesville Thursday,
also at 5:30 p.m.
The Lady Wildcats will play two games
Saturday at Georgia Gwinnett College
against Jones County (10 a.m.) and Mary
Persons (1 p.m.)
For now, the key for the team is to keep
working and to stay focused, its coach
said.
“It’s been a great start, but we have a lot
of softball to go,” Allen said. “We don’t
want to be satisfied with what we’ve done
to this point.”
