said she was at Murphy Oil
for a few minutes and when
she got back in her vehicle
and drove off the driver of
the Nissan started follow
ing her again. She said she
stopped her vehicle, stuck
her head out the window
and yelled, “Why are you
following me?” The com
plainant said the male in the
Nissan said, “You don't like
me following you, do you?”
and then he drove off.

idence. A woman reported
her estranged husband had
changed the locks on the
residence they had previ
ously shared, but both had
moved out of about a month
ago. The complainant said
she moved back to the res
idence a week earlier and
since that time someone had
turned the water main and
the main electrical breaker
to the home off.
•robbery at AT&T, Logan-
ville Highway, Bethlehem. A
woman reported she exited
her car in the parking lot and
a male approached her and
asked to use her cell phone
to call his mother because
his brother had left him. She
said the male reminded her
of her grandson so she let
him use her Apple iPhone
5S. The complainant said
the male refused to give her
phone back and he got into
a late 90s model Lexus and
left the area.

Walmart, Atlanta Highway
NW, Winder, where a female
reportedly selected $49 in
merchandise and attempted
to leave the store without
paying for the items.

Mill Road, Winder, resi
dence, where a domestic dis
pute was reported between a
man and his brother-in-law.
The male complainant said
his brother-in-law had tried
to run over him with a track.

McLocklin Road, Statham,
residence. A woman report
ed she and her roommates
had a verbal dispute over the
cleaning of the residence.

brooke Road, Auburn, res
idence. A woman reported
that her mother “cursed her”
in front of her children.
•theft by taking at an
East Broad Street, Winder,
residence, where a woman
reported jewelry missing
from her mother’s house.
The complainant said she
had checked around and
located the missing jewelry
at two local pawn shops.
•theft by shoplifting at
Walmart, Atlanta Highway
NW, Winder, where a man
had attempted to take an
iPhone charging cable and
phone case without paying
for them.
•possession of metham-
phetamine, expired license
plate, outstanding arrest
warrant and possession and
use of drag-related objects
on University Parkway
at Patrick Mill Road SW,
Winder, where a traffic stop
was initiated on the driver of
a 2005 Mazda RX8.

dence, where a dispute was
reported. A man that had
been served with a Notice of
Prohibited Entry was locat
ed at this location.
•failure to appear warrant
served at a Woodview Drive,
Winder, residence.

on Highway 211 NW at
Old Hog Mountain Road,
Hoschton, where a 2002
Chevrolet Malibu was
located.
•burglary and theft by
taking at an East Wright
Street, Winder, residence. A
woman reported someone
broke the glass in her back
door, entered the residence,
and took two Asian ceremo
nial necklaces, a diamond
pendant, a ruby bracelet,
four Asian ceremonial out
fits, a table with six chairs
and two green couches, all
valued at $21,277.

idence, where a domestic
dispute was reported. The
female complainant report
ed her male roommate had
locked her out of the house.
•theft of livestock at a
Pleasant Hill Church Road
NE, Winder, residence,
where a man reported the
theft of three Hatch Red
Roosters, valued at $450.
•battery at a Roxey Lane,
Winder, residence, where a
welfare check was request
ed. A female at the resi
dence reported she got into a
physical fight with her long
time boyfriend at another
location and she sustained a
scrape on her face.
•theft by taking at a Bur-
son Maddox Road, Winder,
residence. A man reported
his female friend had stolen
two “expensive watches.”
•entering an automobile
or other motor vehicle with
the intent to commit a theft
or other felony and theft by
taking at a Carl-Bethlehem
Road, Bethlehem, residence,
where a man reported some
one had entered his 2005
Western Star tractor/trail
er and took several items,
all valued at $70. includ
ing a folder that contained
the vehicle registration and
insurance documents. The
complainant later reported
he found the folder in the
woods not far from where
his track was parked, but
he didn’t find the work light
and money that was taken.
•criminal trespass at a
Maggie Drive, Bethlehem,
residence, where a man
reported he came to this res
idence to ask a male about
money he paid him to do
some repair work on his
vehicle that the male never
did. The complainant said
the two got into a verbal
argument and he got some
of his belongings that the
other man had. loaded them
in his vehicle, and was try
ing to back out of the drive
way when the other male
walked up and kicked the
driver’s side door of the
complainant’s vehicle.
•simple assault at a Dee
Kennedy Road, Winder,
residence, where a female
reported an issue with a tow
ing company that she had
requested to move some
vehicles from one location
to another. The towing com
pany representative said the
vehicles were towed and the
fee was paid, but the com
plainant’s son had threat
ened him over the phone.
•aggravated assault at a
Village Court, Winder, res
idence. where an uncon
scious female was found
and transported to an Ath
ens Hospital. The female
told her boyfriend she was
attacked by two females at
another location.
•theft by shoplifting at
Walmart, Adanta Highway
NW, Winder, where a man
had selected items, con
cealed them inside his pants
and exited the store with
the items without paying.
The store’s loss prevention
agent said the man took
the items to a 1991 Dodge
Dakota track and then went
back in the store and met
with a friend, before the two
went to the service desk and
returned unknown items.

inal trespass at an East
Wright Street, Winder, resi
dence, where a domestic dis
pute was reported between
a woman and a man. The
woman stated the man ran
off on foot after assaulting
her.
•burglary and criminal
damage to property at a
Scott Circle, Winder, resi
dence, where the rear door
window had been shattered
and the door was standing
open.
•theft by conversion at an
Alsace Way, Hoschton, res
idence. A man who owns a
roofing company reported
that one of his employees
had withheld over $4,000
in money that is owed to his
roofing company for work
that had already been com
pleted on one roofing job.
and $12,000 from a second
completed job.
•burglary and theft by
taking at a Caesar Road,
Winder, residence. A man
reported while he was at
work someone entered his
residence and stole three
containers of change and a
bottle of cologne.
•criminal trespass at the
Citgo on Christmas Ave
nue, Bethlehem, where
a dispute was reported. A
male employee reported a
female comes in the store
often and picks verbal alter
cations with him over prices.
He said on this date when
it happened he told her to
leave and she refused.
•criminal trespass at a
Nunnally Road SE, Winder,
residence, where a female
was found sitting in a track
in the driveway of her moth
er’s residence. The female
was not supposed to be at
the house or on the property
for five years due to a Notice
of Prohibited Entry that was
served on her in 2015.
•damage to property at
Northeast Georgia Medical
Center in Gainesville, where
a Barrow County Sher
iff's Office 2013 Chevrolet
Tahoe patrol vehicle was
sideswiped by the driver of
a 2000 Honda CRV.
•outstanding arrest war
rant, driving while driver’s
license is suspended or
revoked and driving unsafe/
improperly equipped vehi
cle on Whispering Way SW,
Winder, where a one-vehicle
accident was reported.
•burglary, theft by taking
and criminal trespass at a
Chicken Lyle Road, Winder,
residence. The husband and
wife complainants reported
someone entered their resi
dence and stole a small safe
containing $500 in cash; a
box containing $40 in coins;
a TV; two shotguns; a rifle;
and two jewelry boxes that
contained no jewelry. The
stolen items were valued at
$2,190.

obstruction of law enforce
ment officers and possession
of methamphetamine at a
Wall Road, Statham, resi
dence, where a 9-1-1 hang
up was reported.

zone.

between a female and her
step-father.

two males had reportedly
stolen an Xbox One and
Playstation 4.

2008 Honda CRV reported
stolen out of Franklin Coun
ty was found.
•theft by shoplifting at
Walmart. Winder, where
a “snatch and grab” of a
female’s purse was reported.
A male reportedly snatched
the female’s purse and ran
towards the woods. How
ever, both the male and
female had been inside
the store shoplifting items
from the store and the items
were reportedly inside the
female’s purse. The male
stated he snatched his wife’s
purse to keep her from being
caught with the shoplifted
items.

man reported the theft of an
Acer laptop computer.

when he entered the store.

a 1998 Ford F-150 XLT
was found without a tag and
with the back window bro
ken out.
•criminal trespass at a
Clacktown Road, Winder,
residence. The female com
plainant requested that her
grandson and two female
friends each be given a
Notice of Prohibited Entry
for her house and property.
•burglary, theft by taking
and criminal trespass at a
McCarty Road, Statham,
residence. A man reported
someone stole approximate
ly 1,500-feet of electrical
wire from his chicken house.

Fox Run, Winder, residence,
where a man reported dam
age to his mailbox.
•burglary at a Hill’s Shop
Road, Auburn, residence,
where a woman reported
someone had entered the
residence and put a mattress
that she had leaned against
the wall on the floor and a
cup of cigarette butts was
found nearby.
•improper stopping/park
ing within an intersection
on Jefferson Highway at
Carla Court. Winder, where
a 2002 Acura TL was found
abandoned.
•theft by taking at Publix,
Loganville Highway. Beth
lehem, where a man report
ed seeing a male taking the
license plates off of vehicles
in the parking lot.
•driving without a valid
driver’s license and head
lights requirements violation
on University Parkway at
Bethlehem Road, Statham,
where a traffic stop was ini
tiated on the driver of a 2007
Acura RDX.
•theft by taking and crim
inal trespass at Southern
Pipeline. Clacktown Road,
Winder, where a work
er reported someone stole
a 2008 Ford F-450 track
with $20,000 in tools and
equipment on it. The worker
valued the track at $15,000.
•theft by conversion at a
Princess Drive, Winder, resi
dence, where a man reported
paying $15,104 to a man
to do remodeling work on
their home, but the man did
not complete the job and he
gathered up his tools and
quit work on the job.
•theft by taking and crim
inal trespass at a Dogwood
Trail, Winder, residence,
where a man reported the
theft of a 1995 Mercury
Cougar from his residence.
•abandoned vehicle on
Champagne Lane at Sau-
terne Drive, Hoschton,
where a 2002 Dodge Stratus
with a broken passenger side
window was located with
the keys still in the ignition.
