A man reported receiving notification that someone was attempting to open a new credit card in his name. •criminal trespass at a Corinth Church Road, Winder, residence, where a man reported someone had entered his 2005 Mazda Tribute that was parked in his yard. •theft by shoplifting at Target, Loganville High way, Bethlehem, where a man reportedly stole a Bluetooth headset, con cealed it in his jacket and exited the store without paying. •unauthorized use of a financial transaction card at Walmart, Atlanta High way NW, Winder, where a woman reported some one had used her mother’s debit card to make three unauthorized transactions totaling $131. •improper lane change/ failure to maintain lane and hit and run; duty of the driver to stop at or return to the scene of an accident on University Parkway at Kilcrease Road, Auburn. A man reported the driver of a 2012 Honda Accord changed lanes and struck the rented 2016 Toyota Sienna he was driving. He said the driver of the Honda Accord did not stop. •driving under the influ ence (DUI) of alcohol and improper lane change/ failure to maintain lane on University Parkway at Harry McCarty Road, Bethlehem, where a traf fic stop was conducted on the driver of a 2011 Ford Expedition. •no insurance on Jef ferson Highway, Winder, where a traffic stop was initiated on the driver of a 1998 Ford Ranger truck. •DUI - alcohol and hit and run; duty of the driv er to stop at or return to the scene of an accident at Walmart, Atlanta High way NW, Winder, where the driver of a 1999 Toyota Tacoma truck had report edly struck the driver of a 1998 Chevrolet Suburban and left the scene. •knowingly driving a motor vehicle on a suspend ed, cancelled or revoked registration on Highway 211 NE at Raymond Drive, Winder, where a traffic stop was conducted on the driver of a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado. •knowingly driving a motor vehicle on a suspend ed, cancelled or revoked registration on University Parkway at Kilcrease Road, where a traffic stop was initiated on the driver of a 2005 Scion. •speeding, seat belt vio lations and driving while driver’s license is suspend ed or revoked on Monroe Highway at McElhannon Road SE. Bethlehem, where a traffic stop was conducted on the driver of a 2007 Saab who was trav eling 73 mph in a 55-mph speed zone. •failure to register a vehi cle on Lockwolde Lane, Bethlehem, where the driv er of a 2013 Toyota Scion was stopped in front of a residence to let a passenger out. •simple battery at an Atlanta Highway SE, Statham. residence, where a domestic dispute was reported between a woman and her boyfriend. The female complainant report ed her boyfriend had left the residence, but she later called back to say he was headed back to the resi dence and he had a gun in the 2014 Dodge Charger he was driving. •theft by taking at a Bea BCSO continued from 7A ver Hill Drive. Bethlehem, residence, where a woman reported her 1991 Ford F-250 Super-Cab truck missing. She said she had let a friend of her son take the truck to fix it and he had not returned the truck. She said she had been told that he carried the truck to a recycling business in Jackson County and it had been crushed. •recovered stolen prop erty at a Windward Road, Winder, residence, where a 1999 Honda Recon 250 four-wheeler, reported sto len out of Putnam County, was found in the front yard. •failure to register a vehi cle on University Parkway at Kilcrease Road, Auburn, where a traffic stop was conducted on the driver of a 2014 Lexus. •identity theft fraud when using/possessing identifying information concerning a person at an Erica’s Pointe Drive, Wind er, residence, where a man reported someone opened a credit card through Citi bank using his informa tion. The complainant said he didn’t live in Barrow County anymore, but the person opening the account had used his old Winder address. •no insurance and expired license plate on University Parkway at Christmas Ave nue, Bethlehem, where a traffic stop was initiated on the driver of a 2006 Ford Fusion. •criminal trespass at Shane’s Rib Shack. Logan ville Highway, Bethlehem, where the manager request ed to have three former employees banned from the restaurant due to an incident that had happened the night before. •unlawful to obstruct, resist, impede or interfere with a person enforcing lit tering laws on Carl-Cedar Hill Road, Winder, where a woman reported illegal dumping. She stated some one had dumped furniture off to the side of the drive way to the residence. •financial transaction card theft, financial transac tion card fraud and theft by taking at an Erica’s Pointe Drive, Winder, residence, where a man reported $653 in fraudulent charges on his credit union account and numerous items missing from his home. He stated the transactions were made and the items went missing while he was incarcerat ed in the Walton County Detention Center. •harassment at a Hal Jackson Road, Winder location, where two women reported their children had been harassed by a substi tute Barrow County school bus driver. •financial transaction card theft and theft by taking at a Bowling Lane, Winder, residence. A man reported he had allowed a “young male who was homeless” to live in his residence while he was providing him work and the “young male” stole his wallet that contained numerous credit cards, a 1999 Mercedes Benz E300 and a silver Sig Sauer 380 gun. and then left the res idence. •hit and run; duty of the driver to stop at or return to the scene of an accident on Skyland Drive, Wind er, where a man reported someone had struck his 2011 GMC Sierra that was parked in the cul-de-sac near his residence, •theft by taking and entering an automobile or other motor vehicle with the intent to commit a theft or other felony at BRI Util ity Construction, Patrick Industrial Court, Winder, where an employee report ed someone entered the partially fenced-in lot and stole a 2000 Chevrolet 2500 truck, valued at $3,000, filled with $7,000 in mis cellaneous tools. Another employee reported some one had entered his per sonal 2003 Chevrolet S-10 track at this location and stole subwoofers, an amp and a CD player, all valued at $820. •terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass at a Phillipsburg Drive, Winder, residence, where a domestic dispute was reported between a woman and her ex-boyfriend. The female said the male threat ened to “shoot the residence up.” •criminal trespass at an Old Victron School Road, Hoschton, residence, where a domestic dispute was reported between a man and his son. The complainant said his son hit the railing on the front porch with a 2x4 during the dispute and he asked him to leave the prop erty. He said his son then threw an object, believed to be a small sledgehammer, at his 2010 Ford F-150 track and struck the windshield causing it to break. •knowingly driving a motor vehicle on a suspend ed, cancelled or revoked registration, expired license plate and outstanding arrest warrant on Harvey Lokey Road at Bethel-Bower Road, Bethlehem, where a traffic stop was conducted on the driver of a 2005 Jeep Cherokee. •domestic dispute at a Daffodil Court, Hoschton, residence, where a woman reported that her soon-to-be ex-husband locked her out of the residence and barri caded the doors closed. •criminal trespass at a Dooley Town Drive, Statham, residence, where a domestic dispute was reported between a woman and her brother. •criminal trespass at a Herald Drive, Bethlehem, residence, where a domes tic dispute was reported between a woman and her daughter. The female com plainant said her daughter threw multiple ceramic and glass items and shattered them on the floor of the residence. •burglary and theft by taking at a Jessica Court, Winder, residence, where a woman reported someone had entered the residence and stole a $200 ring and a water jug full of approxi mately $200 in change. •abandoned vehicle at a Cedar Ridge Drive, Wind er, residence, where a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo was found parked in the roadway. •criminal trespass at a Blackstock Road, Auburn, residence, where a man reported hearing a noise that sounded like someone was kicking his basement door. •aggravated stalking and harassing phone calls at a Main Street, Auburn, res idence. A man stated he got a Temporary Protective Order (TPO) against anoth er male and after that he received a message from his (complainant’s) wife’s phone that contained a text message that he believed came from the male he had the TPO against. •theft by taking at a Chim ney Trace Drive, Winder, residence, where a man reported someone stole a wreath and Christmas lights off his front door and out of his yard. •hit and ran; duty of the driver to stop at or return to the scene of an accident on Farmington Way, Wind er, where a man reported someone hit his 2002 Lin coln Town Car and then left the scene. •simple assault - Fami ly Violence Act (FVA) and simple battery - FVA at a Doc McLocklin Road, Statham, residence, where a domestic dispute was reported between a woman and her husband.
