Bobby Louis Archer, 85,
died Friday, March 10,
2017, at Gentiva Hospice
at ARMC.
Mr. Archer was born
in Nicholson, the son of
the late Otha and Ruby
Crawford Archer. He
was a member of Center
United Methodist Church
and was retired from Sea
board Farms. Mr. Archer
was preceded in death by
his wife, Robbie “Jackie”
Jacqueline Lord Archer.
Survivors include his
son, Mickey Archer; and
sister, Alice Pearson both
of Nicholson.

held Sunday, March 12, at
the chapel of Little-Ward

Clotfelter Boone. He was

retired poultry and cattle
farmer. Mr. Boone was
preceded in death by his
wife, Joyce Cain Boone;
sister, Mary Lou Boone
Devore; and brothers, Bob
and Bill Boone.
Survivors include his
wife, Judy Hogan Boone,
Hoschton; three sons,
John W. Boone and his
wife Gloria, Jefferson,
Tommy G. Boone and his
wife Barbara, Hoschton,
and Tony L. Boone and
his wife Donna, Winder;
sister, Judy Brown, East
man; three grandchildren;
six great-grandchildren;
and Sandra Beck, niece/
daughter.

was a homemaker.

19 great-grandchildren.

Oline Coile Morris, 91,
passed away Friday,
March 10, 2017.
Born in Comer, she
was the daughter of the
late James Burley “JB"
Coile and Corine Moon
Coile. Mrs. Morris was a
resident of the Meadow
Community and a mem
ber of Meadow Baptist
Church for many years.
More recently and for
the past 60 years, she
was a member of Col
bert First Baptist Church,
where she taught Sunday
School. She was an excel
lent seamstress, enjoyed
gardening and enjoyed
making sure everyone
had plenty to eat. Most
importantly, she loved
her grandchildren and her
great-grandchildren. She
was preceded in death by
her husband of 48 years,
Johnnie R. Morris.
Survivors include her
daughter, Gwen Kidd and
her husband, Dwayne;
one brother, Calvin Coile
and his wife, Bobbie;
two grandchildren, Dawn
Kidd Belk and her hus
band, Grant and Zachary
Kidd and his wife, Leann;
and three great-grandchil
dren, Jaycee Belk, Red
den Belk and Whit Belk.
Funeral services were
held Monday, March 13,
at Colbert First Baptist
Church. Interment was
in the Colbert City Cem
etery.

Dash. She was preceded
in death by her husband,
Steve Wiley Oliver.

Trisha Parson; brother and
sister-in-law, Doug and

Winnie Frances Roach
went home to be with the
Lord on Thursday, March
9, 2017.
She was bom on Febru
ary 6, 1925, in Homer, Ga.
and lived on a cotton farm
in Commerce, with her
parents and ten brothers
and sisters. She married
Albert Wesley Roach and
moved to Hapeville, Ga.,
where she had a success
ful career at Arrow Shirt
Company as a supervisor.
She never met a strang
er, raising the spirits of
everybody she met. Win
nie was especially known
for her contagious laugh.
She loved being outdoors,
especially while garden
ing and raking and burn
ing leaves. Winnie was
preceded in death by her
husband, Albert Roach.
Survivors include her
son, Wesley (Mae) Roach;

Roach Rodgers; grand
children, Jeff (Tricia)
