cial 1 percent Single County
Transportation Special Pur
pose Local Option Sales and
Use Tax shall be imposed in
the special district of Barrow
County for a for a term of
five years and for the rais
ing of an estimated amount
of $130,000,000 for the pur
poses of raising funds for the
