MURDERED IN SWAMPS NEAR
CITY
Brunswick, Ga., Jan. 30.—Little
or no evidence which would explain
the slaying of Mark Bunkley, aged
50, whose body was discovered here
yesterday, was secured in advance
of the inquest expected to be held
today .
The decapitated body was found
in the swamp about 12 miles from
this city. It was found by Charles
Smith, section hand, on the South
ern railway,
The body had evidently been in
the swamp since before Christmas,
decayed fruit found near indicating
tha the was on his way home with
Christmas presents.
