Whereas, on the 2nd day of Feb
ruary, 1920, William H. Liggin, ex
acuted and delivered to The Geor
wia Loan and Trust Company his
deed, under Section “3306 of the
1919” Code of Georgia, to the lands
hercinafier deseribed, for the pur
pose of gecuring a debt referred to
in caid deed, which deed is recorded
in the Clerk’s office of Crisp Super
jor Court in book 11 of deeds, page

TO THE SUPERIOR COUDT OF
SAID COUNTY:
The Cordele Chero Cola Bottling
Company files this its petition with
the Court, and showeth the follow
ing facts:
First. That petitioner is a corpo
ration duly orgamized under a chart
er granted by this Honorable Court
on July 26, 1920, with its domicile
and principal office and place of
husiness in Cordele, said County
and Stalte.
Second: That on the 15th day of
January, 1924 at a meeting of the
stockholders of said corporation du
ly called for the purpose, and held
at'its office and place of husiness, a
resolution was adopted by the affir
mative vote of the owners of the en
tire capital stock of said corpora
tion, authorizing the dissolution of
said corporation and the surrender
of its charter in accordance with law
in such eases made and provided.
Third: Petitioners show that the
dizcolution of said corporaion and
th> surrender of its charter may be
allowed without injury to any stock
holder, or to any person having a
claim against said corporation.
Wherefore, petitioner prays that
the Court will ‘pass an order and
decree accepting the surrender of
the charter of said corporation, and
authorizing its dissolution.
