CLASSIC HEBREW THEATRE
IS INTRODUCED IN BERLIN
BERLIN, July 18 (Al')--A Hebrew,
not Yiddish, theatre has jost heen
opened in Berlin coming from Moscow
and planning ult..im:ulr'llv to move to
Palestine fo remain there e a moun
ment to the Zionist movement. The
moving spirit in the enterprise is the
Russian Jewish actor Gnessin, a pupil
of Stanislavsky.
Gressin is striving for a type of play
tha¥ may be termed Hebrew-heroic.
He is opposed to the Yiddish ¢ jargon
theatre,” as he ecalls it, which reflects
the milien of the Ghetto and whieh
in his opinion shows little orig
inality., Just as Zionism seeks to sup
plant the Yiddish dialect by the classi
eal Hebrew, so Gnessin seeke to replace
the electrie drama of the Yiddish
theatre by the Hebrew heroie,
Gnessin himself has written the first
play with which his company is intro
ducing itself to the Berlin publie. 1t is
called ““Belshazzar and is an adapta
tion of the Ol Testament story of
King Belshazzar, the prophet Daniel,

The time for harvesting peanuts will spon be here and
[ want to most earnestly caution the growers to harvest
and cure their peanuts so as to command the top market
price at any time they desire to put their peanuts on the
market. .
There is today a good crop of Spanish peanuts in the
making, and the shellers and large buyers of Spanish pea
nuts for the confectionery trade can pick out and buy the
best quality of peanuts as they want them, leaving the
poorer quality of peanuts to be bought as they want this
class of peanuts.
Let your peanuts remain in the ground until they
are thoroughly matured, stack in small stacks in dry
weather, allowing the mto stay stacked until they are well
cured, putting on the market a first class grade of pea
nuts vou can sell at any time at top market price at time
of sale; but if you harvest before fully matured, causing
them to shrivel, you will not only lose in weight, but you
will have a poor grade of peanuts and shellers will have
to make a heavy reduction in price to save themselves and
will not be anxious to buy this class of peanuts.
Yours very truly

Clean Kidneys
By Drinking
Lots of Water
Take Salts to Flush Kidneys if
Bladder Bothers or
Back Hurts
Eating too much rich food may pro
duce kidney trouble in some form, says
a well-known authority, because the
acids created excite the kidneys. Then
they become overworked, get sluggish,
clog up and cause all sorts of distress,
particularly backache and misery in the
kidney region, rheumatic twinges, severe
headaches, acid stomach, constipation,
torpid liver, sleeplessness, bladder and
urinary irritation,
The moment your back hurts or kid
neys aren’t acting right, or if bladder
bothers you, begin drinking lots of good
water and also get about four ounces of
Jad Salts from any good pharmacy:
take a tablespoonful in a glass of water
before breakfast for a few days and
your kidneys may then act fine. This
famous salts is made from the acid of
grapes and lemon juice, combined with
lithia, and has been used for years to
flush- clogged kidneys and stimulate
them to activity; also to neutralize the
acids in the system so that they no
Jonger irritate, thus often relieving blad
de disorders.
Jad Salts can not injure anyone;
makes a delightful effervescent lithia
water drink which millions of men and
women take now and then to help keep
the kidneys and urinary organs clean,
thus often avoiding serious kidney dis
orders. By all means have your physi
cian examine your kidneys at least twice
R year.
