LONDON, Aug. 15.—Germany
and France tonight at 11 o'clock

with regard to the terms of the Ruhr
evacuation, but the 'delegates rep

The statements announced ' that
the negotiations for a settlement of
the issue would be resumed tomor
row, with a promise of success, and
taere was a genial feeling in con
férence circles tonight that the crig
