THE JOYOUS WAY
He went the joyous way along,
Not to crossesclinging,
He took a sigh and made a song
And set the world to singing.
Still comfort in the dark he found,
As wel;fi-'hearts to love him;
He glini;sed a rainbow running/
“round |
The storm that broke at?o\'e him. ‘
X i
And so he went, from day to day, .
The cheering message bringing;
"Twas his to walk the joyous way
And’ set the world to singing!

HOUSEHOLD HINTS, :
So many women who are a little'
above the average height have foundd
their kitchen tables, sinks and coal}
and kerosene stoves too low for com-i
fort. It is easy to raise them and it!
will make the kitchen work much less!
‘wearing. The stove can be set up on|
blocks, the table raised by means of'
casters, and at the cost of a few;
dollars a reliable plumber can lift|
the' sink. X

An excellent way to use up cold|

been drawn off, adding bread
