1926. to the highest bidder for cash
the following described property:
A certain tract of land in (Im;pi
County, Georgia, known as the East
half of lot No. 76 of the 13th, L. D,
Crizp County, Georgia, containing
10114 acres, more or less.
Said property was owned by T. A.
Coleman, late of Bibb County, Geor
gia, deceased, and will be sold for
the purpose of payment of the debts
of the estate of said deceaseq and for
the purpose of distribution among the |

order.
Against said land there are two en
cumbrances, to-wit: ”
