grand jury of the circuit trying the
case of Samuel Schweitzer, scerc
tary of the Seminole Kennel Club
charged with the keeping of a place
for gambling'in violation of state
laws in conneetion with a'leged bet
ting on greyhound racing at the
club’s Orange Park tract, was dig.-
charged this morning by Judge
George C. Gibgon, when it was an
