by the directors of the Nash Motor
Company at their semi-annual meet
ing at the company offices here to
day when they established stock on
regular dividend basis of 59 cents
quarterly per share and declared
$l.OO fier share covering the first
two quarters of the fiscal year. They
also declared an extra dividend of
$l.OO per share likewise on a basis
of 50 cents per quarter,
