tain Angelo di Carlo, of the Italian
army, was ordered excluded from
the United States by a special board
of inquiry at Ellis Island today, Ad
mission was’ denied after a repre
sentative of th» Italian consulate
identified the captain as a fugitive
from Italy, wherve he is charged
with murder.
