" . TO THE AMBITIOUE BOY
Some go far by movirg slowly
Greaness has berinnings lowly
And tke damage of the age is
Youth shall selt its dreams for
wages,
Wheels are spinning lathes are turn
irg,
Large the pay for litile learning
Lost the boy by salary blinded,
Lad, I pray, be {uture-minded.
{
All great mon need time for grow
ing ‘
First the tilling then the sowing,
Then the green shoots last the har
vest
Rapil growth the sooner starvest;
Nothing grows on deserts sunny,
Boy, be not mislead by money,
Fron your future never borrow,
Big today is ¢mall tomoriow.
Be the seced of something greater,
Be a worker and a weziter;
Sock the place that holis provotion
Calls for courage and devotion;
Look beyond the present minute,
Take the post with siviving in it.
Though but little it rewards you,
See the future it affords you.
“Starti,m: big meunns little ending
"E‘ngm_.‘th‘c top its all Jescending,
But there is no backward turning
For the boy inteit on learning .
Eag>r lad, I sey beware you
Lest the easy task ensnare you
Brave life’s humble growing stages.
Do not sell your dreams for wages.

_(_)_X_ Gall for the Liver
b g Ao v
You can't stimulate the liver by
drugs. The highest authoritics
have decided that. But ox gall,
from the liver of an ox, stimulates
that gland in a marvelous way.
That is one of the greatest of late
medical discoveries.
The liver is our largest, most im
portant gland. When it is torpid
it needs a gland extract, Learn
what ox gall does.
Everybody Needs It
Torpid liver is the cause of
countless troubles. It means a
scant s%)ply of bile. Constipation
and indigestion follow. Nearly
:Zerybody suffers more or less from
at.
But the worst result is this:
Bile combats germs in the intes
tines. When it is scant, those
germs breed by millions. They
feed the blood a constant flow of
poison. Then come all the re
sults of impure blood. ‘
