(/P)—Benyamin Turner, 35, an ac
“countant of Mexico City, Mexico, is
“ander arrest here, held for slaying
James D, Hallen, 64, at his home at
Falmouth Forside, a suburb, today,
by firing five shots from a .38 cali
ber revolver into his body. Turner is
alleged to have come from Mexico
awith the exprees intention of having
revenge on Hallen for alleged
wrongs although hie denies going to
the Hallen home with intention of
killing the latter.
