AV ATION PILOT ELICBILITY
LIST PLANNED FOR NAVY
WASHINGTON, September 10-—
Following out recommendations
made last fall by the president’s air
board, the bureau of navigation of
the navy announced plans today for
the building up of an cligibility list
of enlisted applicants for {tlight
training as aviation rilots. Only en
listed men under 28 years who are
physically qualified for aviation duty
will be placed on the list.
Waile those who have had some
duty with operating aviation units
will be given preference, enlisted
men in other branches will be placed
on the list, and, when needed, wilt
be given flight training to fit them
for duty as aviation pilots,
The negro operated a barbecue ztand
and the trouble began over the =ale
of bhis food. Brown is said to have
¢truck the negro and the latter then
had him arrested. Giving bond, the
cvidence before the eourt showed
the courle returned to the negro’s
stand and Mrs. Brown opened {ire
on him, emptying several bullets in
the negro’s head. ;
Mrs. Brown was a Miss Abbic
Tanner before her marriage. She is
distantly related to the sehiff who
was overpowered by the masked
men who lynched Wright. She is a
wcman of about 35 years old.
That Mrs. Brown attended the
Iynching ‘of Wright is the evidence
placed before the grand jury which
returned the true hill against her
husband.
The state expects to secure addi
tional evidence bcfore the trial of
Brown which will involve others in
the lynching. The trial itself iz also
expected to develop evidence which
will throw light upon other identifi
cations. ;

WEAK, RESTLESS
Tennessee Lady Had So Little
Strength She “Couldn’t Get
Around.” Took Cardui
With Benefit.
Gassaway, Tenn.—“l wasn’t able
to do any of my work, and it seem
ed like I had so little strength I just
couldn’t get around,” says Mrs. I'rank
M\lfi)hy, who lives near here.
“My mother knew of the good
Cardui could do, so she told me to
take it. I sent and got a bottle, and
seemed like all the time I grew
stronger.
“I had been suffering with pains
in my sides all the time, and Cardui
helped this wonderfully. I needed
a tonic for female trouble, and Car
dui just fitted the need. I was awful
1y restless and could not sleep at
night, but after taking two bottles
of Cardui I could sleep ‘like a top’.
1 got_along all right, and I"know it
was due to Cardui. I can certainly
recommend it to women suffering
from women’s troubles.
“My present health is just fine.”
Thousands of women have written
to tell how Cardui relieved them of
pain and suffering, and helped them
to improve in health and strength.
Cardui is perfectly harmless, be
