MRS. GUESTCHOW, OF CUBA
DIES INSTANTLY NEAR
SWAINSBORO WHEN = TIRE

SWAINSBORO, October 29—Mrs,
Sallie Guestchow, 58, whose home is
in Caballos, Cuba, was instantly kill
ed when a coupe in which she was
g\fiiing with her sister, Miss Ella
¥ Walters, of Miami, overturned thi
afternoon, Miss Walters was drivirJ;
the car and was not hurt except for
a few minor scratchess, .
Miss Walter stated {hnt they were
returning to Miami from their old
home in Fort Wayne, Indiana,
where they had spent the summer
motpring ‘through the Pennsylvania
mountains to Petersburg, Va., where
the daughter of Mrs. Guestchow is
in school. She said.thx;t a punctare

turning the car and Mrs. Guestchow
had her breast crushed and jugula

cabled the .husband of the deceased
who is now in Cuba, for instructions

or suburb, . Entering into a
small vestibule with a coat
closet off it, and then into
the hall, the visitor is at
once imgressed with the
size of t ertliving rooXs on
the right. It runs the entire
length of the dwelling and
takes up fulls half the first
floor plan. Opening off it,
{from the side or the back,
depending on the dimensions
of the lot or the preference
of the owner, is a large
open porch or sunroom.
The woman who enter
tains at all appreciates the
convenience of having the
dining room entirely sepa~
rate from the living room,
znd where she prepares the
meal herself this saves the
added embarrassment of
vaving to be both hostess
end cook at the same time, Such an arranggment
is provided for here. This room, like every other
vne in the house, has a double exposure. It has
wspecially pleasing prof:ortions.
One has only.to study the kitchen arrangements
casnally to recognize Now much care and thought
have been put into their designing. The sink is
placed in the center of one outside wall, just beneath
the window. On either side of it are cupboards for
china and cooking utensils. On one side "of the
range is space for a handy work table, on the other,

thirty-two without the sun porch. The ceiling height
is eight and a half feet on the first floor and eight

be easily reckoned and the probable cost estimated
based on the prevaiiing costs of materials and Lbor
in your locality. .
