The regular meeting of the Twen
tieth Century Club which was an
nounced for Tuesday has been post
poncd until Friday afternoon and
will be held at three thirty at Ihe
home of Mrs. Jack Sheppard.
TODAYS RECIPE.
Jellied Teongue
Dirsolve over hot water 2 table
spoons of granulated gelatine in 1-4
cup of cold water. Remove all the
Tat from one pint of stock in which
tongue has been cooked, and strain
it. Combine 1-2 cup of diced cucum
bers, 1 cup of cold diced tongue, 1-3
cup of diced celery and salt and pep
per to taste. Set in a pan of ice
water tocghill. When beginning to
set, fold in 1-2 cup of tart cooked
calad dressing. Turn the mixture in
to a mold. Serve with lettuce.
