detail was the prayer service conduct
ed by the Young Matrons Circle at

afternoon.

no part in the argument that fol
lewed.
Sunday morning;‘;. Chris returned
to his brother’s home, Charlie Boyd
told officers. He was armed with «
shotgu.n Chris called his brother to
the door, but before.going to the
door Charlie took his shotgun. When
Charlie opened the'the door; Chris
had him covered, but according to
the story Charlie fired first.
Chris died later in a hospital at
‘Meridian, Miss., Charlie surrendered
