Whereas, on the 135th day of Sep
tember, 1919, Major H. Ellis executed
and, delivered to The Georgia Loan
& “Trust Company, his deed, under
Section “3306 of the 1910 Code of
Georgia, to tiie iands hercinafter des
cribed, for the purpose of securing a
debt referrcd to in said deed, which
deed 1s recorded in the Clerk's cffice
of Crisp Superior Court in book II ol
decds, page 224,
' And whereas, in said deed, said
grantor, gave to said grantee and as
signg the power to sell said lands in
case of default in the prompt pay:
ment at maturity, of interest or prin
cipal of said debt.
Now, therefore, by virtue of the
power so vested in the undersigned,
which is more accurately shown by
reference to saig deed and by refer
ence to deed from said grantee to the
undersigned recorded in said Clerk’s
office in Book 11, page 256 on Octo
ber 31st, 1519, the undersigned will
sell at public outery to the highest
bidder, for cash, on first Tuesday in
January, 1927, during the legal hours
of sale before Crisp County Court
House door at Cordele, Georgia, the
lands described in the aforesaid deed,
to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in 11th land
district of originally Dcoly, but now
Crisp, County, Georgia, consisting of
fitty (50) acres, more or less, in the
northeast corner of lot of land No.
198, said tract of land beginning at
the northeast ccrner of said lot and

feet to. east land line of said lot;

to point of comimencement, containing
