INTO MEXICO DURING RECESS
WASHINGTON, January 21—(&)
——Under resolutions introduced?
today by Senator Frazier, repub-{

would go on record as opposing the
use by the president of armed forces
against Mexico during the recess of‘
congress. It was referred to the for-,
eign relaticns committee.
The resolution merely would ex-{
press the opinion of the senate and.
would not be binding on the admin-‘

Secretary Kellogg has discloscdl
that he is studying the possibilities
of arbitration and President Calles
of Mexico has accepted “in princi--i
