The Eighth Annual Craw
fish Festival Beauty Pageant
was recently held in the
Woodbine United Methodist
Church fellowship hall in
Woodbine.
The winner of the Baby
Miss Crawfish title was Addi
son Soley, daughter of Au-
dreonna Murphy and Tyler
Soley of Kingsland. She also
won the photogenic award in
her division.
The first runner-up, pret
tiest hair, prettiest eyes and
prettiest dress awards were
presented to Alaina Vedua,
daughter of B.J. and Rachel
Vedua of Kingsland. Fidausi-
Isabella Abajtour, daughter of
Ijeoma Abajtour of Folkston
placed as second runner-up
and won prettiest smile.
The Toddler Miss Queen
title along with the prettiest
hair and prettiest eyes awards
were won by Ava Sarah
Wharton, daughter of Stacey
Wharton of St. Marys. Agnes
Virginia Raulerson, daughter
of Ashley Raulerson of Jack
sonville, Fla., won first run
ner-up and prettiest smile.
The second runner-up, pret
tiest dress and photogenic
winner was Synclaire Miller,
daughter of Mark and An
drea Miller of Brunswick. Fa-
timah-Victoria Abajtour,
daughter of Ijeoma Abajtour
of Folkston, received third
runner-up and Edith Ann
“Bailey” Alford, daughter of
Karen Alford of Kingsland,
was awarded fourth runner-
up.
The Wee Miss Crawfish
title along with the prettiest
hair and prettiest eyes awards
went to Paige Godbey,
daughter of Farken Godbey
of Brunswick. Mackynna
Miller, daughter of Mark and
Andrea Miller, also of
Brunswick, won first runner-
up and prettiest smile. Sec
ond runner-up and the pret
tiest dress award were
received by Felani Hicks,
daughter of Willie and
Shirley Hicks of Kingsland.
Fakely Taylor, daughter of
Chad and Kim Taylor of
Woodbine, placed as third
runner-up and won photo
genic. Fourth runner-up was
won by Brianna Ray Ogle,
daughter of Casey Ogle of
Woodbine.
Kalayha Parrish, daughter
of Jamario and Courtney
Parrish of Kingsland, and
Hailey Spangler, daughter of
John and Michelle Spangler
of Kingsland, received hon
orable mentions.

Jamario and Courtney Par
rish of Kingsland, won the
Tiny Miss Crawfish title. Fia
Pelowski, daughter of Neal
and Terri Pelowski of Wood
bine, placed first runner-up
and received the prettiest
eyes and prettiest smile
awards. The second runner-
up, prettiest hair, prettiest
dress and photogenic winner
was Haley Taylor, daughter
of Marc and Pam Reyes of
White Oak.
Kaylee Monticello, daugh
ter of Brandon and Shanda
Monticello of Kingsland, not
only won the prettiest hair
and prettiest smile awards,
she also won the Kittle Miss
Crawfish Festival title.
First runner-up, Mary
Claire Waters, daughter of
Steve and Stacie Waters of
Brunswick, won the prettiest
dress award for the Kittle
Miss division.
Placing as second runner-
up was Katrina Spangler,
daughter of Robert and Jen
nifer Spangler of Woodbine.
The third runner-up who re
ceived the prettiest eyes and
photogenic awards was
Priscilla Ann Hinkle, daugh
ter of Casey Ogle of Wood
bine.
The Junior Miss Crawfish
Festival title, the People’s
Choice Princess, prettiest
hair, prettiest eyes, prettiest
dress and prettiest smile
awards were won by Paige
Harris, daughter of Ronnie
and Suzanne Dees of Kings
land.
Emily Sheppard, daughter
of Jay and Natalie Sheppard
of Woodbine, won Teen Miss
Crawfish and the photogenic
award. Marissa Nicole Ben
nett, daughter of Mike Ben
nett and Melinda Thrift of
Waycross, placed as first run
ner-up and won the prettiest
smile award. Madison Feigh
Crews, daughter of Ryan and
Fisa Crews of Nahunta, won
second runner-up and the
prettiest dress and prettiest
hair awards. Shelby Fynn
Shead, daughter of Kris and
Dana Shead of Kingsland,
placed as third runner-up and
won the prettiest eyes award.
Fourth Runner-up went to
Kaylee Thompson, daughter
of Iris Thompson of St.
Marys.
Morgan Facie Bennett,
daughter of Mike Bennett
and Melinda Thrift of Way-
cross, won the Miss Crawfish
title along with the prettiest
hair, prettiest eyes, prettiest
dress, prettiest smile and
photogenic awards.
All Crawfish Festival
queens will have the honor of
participating in the 2013
Crawfish Festival Parade and
festivities that will be held
during the annual event the
weekend of Friday, April 26,
and Saturday, April 27.
