declared due because of default under
the terms of said Security Deed and
Promissory Note, including but not lim
ited to the nonpayment of the indebted
ness as and when due. The indebted

same, all expenses of this sale, includ
ing statutory attorney's fees (notice of
intent to reflect attorney’s fees having
been given) and all other payments

Security Deed and Promissory Note,
