On Wednesday Dec. 7,
the Dawson County
Chamber of Commerce
held a ribbon cutting for
Patterson Moore and
Butler Attorneys and
Mediation.
Patterson Moore and
Butler LLC is a law firm
serving the North Georgia
area and run by partners
Jennifer Patterson, Tracy
Ann Moore, Logan Butler
and Lauren Ducharme.
The firm offers a wide
range of legal services,
including divorce, family
law, criminal defense,
mediation, estate planning
and probate.
The firm’s new Dawson
County office is located at
500 Highway 53 in
Dawsonville. According to
Jennifer Patterson, the
original plan was to buy
the building, which used to
be a bank and has sat
vacant for several years, to
rent out, but she and the
partners decided to remod
el it into their new office
space.
“We had this opportuni
ty to buy this building and
anticipated renting it; that
was our goal, we were
buying an investment,”
Patterson said. “We had it
for a little while and said
‘you know what we kind
of love it’, so we decided
we were going to make
this our other home. We’ve
obviously done some reno
vations; this was a bank
and we’ve converted it to
be actual office space and
we’re super excited with
how it turned out.”
Before cutting the rib
bon for the firm’s new
office, Dawson County
Chamber of Commerce
President and CEO Mandy
Power congratulated
Patterson and her partners
on all the work they have
accomplished to get to the
point of finally opening
their new Dawson office.
“This building sat vacant
for a long while and we
thought what a great oppor
tunity; we’re super excited
to see what you have done
with this building,” Power
said. “We’re super excited
to have you here in
Dawsonville and to cele
brate y’all today.”
“We’re just really excited
to be here,” Patterson said.
“We appreciate your sup
port and look forward to
many years.”
Patterson Moore and
Butler Attorneys and
Mediation is open Monday
through Friday from 8:30
a.m. to 5 p.m. For more

On Friday Dec. 9, the
Dawson County Chamber
of Commerce held a rib
bon cutting for the
Dawson County plant of
global printing giant MCC
Label, located at 103
Lumpkin Campground

Multi-Color Corporation
(MCC) is one of the larg

world and operates 109
labs producing operations
in over 26 countries.
According to Dawson
County plant General
Manager Michael

bought the facility from
Sleeveco, Inc in 2017.
Then in 2021, MCC com
bined with Fort Dearborn.
“Last year, MCC for

Dearborn to become the
largest label manufacturer
in the world,” Krivanek
said. “We produce about
$3.3 billion in sales glob
ally, we’re in five conti

The Dawson County
facility, he said, does
approximately $55 million
worth of sales annually,
employs about 125
employees and is about
100,000 square feet in
size.
“We operate solvent
presses, wide web, $6 to
$7 million presses,”
Krivanek said. “We do two
types of products, both
stretch and shrink labels.
All the global brands that
you know of we support,
so that’s the Coca-Colas of
the world, the Cloroxes of
the world, so on and so
forth.”
The facility operates 24
hours a day, five days a
week, and Krivanek said
that moving forward they
hope to be able to expand
their abilities even more.
“We have some addi
tional capacity and we’re
working to bring in some
additional capacity to help
grow the business going
forward,” Krivanek said.
“We’re super excited to be
here.”
