favor of Grantors in that certain

Rush, Cora Delores Summerour
and Mattie Ruth Summerour
vs. Cecil Summerour, in the
Superior Court of Dawson
County, CAFN 86-CA-1 12-C. An
Affidavit concerning judgment
for Private Way, in which the
private way was described by
survey as "Access Road" was
recorded September 27, 1988
in Deed Book 114, Page 133-37
aforesaid records. Said Access
Road is more fully described
on plat recorded October 31,
1989 in Plat Book 26, Page 129,
records of Dawson County,
Georgia. Although grantors
retain and reserve their rights
under said judgment to the
Private Way, they hereby sell,
convey, and grant to Grantees
so much of Grantor' right,
title and interest in and to the
Private Way, and a perpetual
easement in and to the Private
way, so as to provide Grantees
with easement in and to
the Private Way, a perpetual
easement in and to the private
way, so as to provide grantees
with the same benefits enjoyed
by grantors to the use of said
Private Way, for ingress and
egress over, across, and upon
that certain Access Road over
the land now or formerly
owned by Cecil Summerour
from State Route No. 53 to an
Old Dirt Road as shown on the
survey. Exhibit "1", together
with the right to maintain
all or a portion of the Access
Road. Old Dirt Road Grantors
further set, convey and grant to
Grantees so much of Grantors'
right, title and interest in and to
an Old Dirt Road shown on the
survey as Exhibit 1, which runs
easterly along the northern
boundary of tracts 1 and 2 and
becomes part of the boundary
between tracts 3 and 4 before
it runs totally into tract 4, all
as shown on Exhibit 1, and a
perpetual easement in and
to said Old Dirt Road so as to
provide Grantees ingress and
egress over, across and upon
the entire length of said Old
Dirt Road along with the right
to maintain all or a portion of
the Old Dirt Road, Grantors
retaining and reserving to
themselves the right to use and
maintain said Old Dirt Road.

together with all fixtures and
personal property attached to
