Beautification Project Launched By Waycross Church WAYCROSS, Ga. — Both the men and the womens church clubs of Waycross have joined efforts in a project to beautify both the old church and grounds under the energetic guidance of Father William I. Loads of rich dirt have been hauled in, old diseased shrubs were taken out, and beds of flovvers were planted along the side of the church. Father Collins has had the outside trims of the old church painted and the interior wall and floors redone. The ladies club has provided beautiful new altar cloths and flowers for the ground. With, all these activities one can see that Father Collins and his clubs have been very busy this year. Communions for men and women have been suc cessfully sponsored on first and third Sundays with outstanding attendance. Although our church is not one of the largest or most beautiful in the state, even strangers can see it is one of the most loved.
