September 15
DECATUR, Ga. — More than
150 boys and young men are
now hard at work on almost dai

ant to be staged by Troop 47. Boy
Scouts of St. Thomas More
Church, Decatur, on the evening
of September 15th.
This is “a repetition of the
pageant which drew an audience

tells the story of the Cherokee In

Paul Curley is Production Man
ager, and Committee Chairman
Elbridge Freeborn is coordinating
the production.
Cubs, Scouts and Explorers—
all three elements of the Scout

Indian pageant. Ten members of
the Scout Committee are assist

ly designing costumes. At least
150 “Indians” will be seen in the
pageant.
