"Don't Talk To Me"
Signs Aid Girl To
Keep Good Friday
FT. OGLETHORPE — At 12:30
on Good Friday afternoon Father
Walter Kuhnn, C.SS.R. stopped at
the home of one of his Parishon-
ers. A teen-ager was busily en
gaged in washing the windows.
Pinned on her dress were two or
three paper notes with the. words:
“Don’t talk to me until three o’>-
clock.”
The girl was keeping silence
for three hours, and that she
might better meditate on the
sufferings and death of Christ,
she asked her brothers and sisters
not to talk to her. As soon as the
windows were finished, the girl-
spent the rest of the “three hours”
before the Blessed Sacrament at
the beautiful St. Gerard Church
in Fort Oglethorpe.
Father Kuhn feels sure that
God will bless Judy for her won
derful spirit!
