SGA Fills Seats
At City Council
By BARKY BANTHER
The regular meeting of the
Carrollton City Council this week
proved to be far from regular
when an SGA proposal for
representation on the council was
accepted.
The Carrollton City Council is
the second city council in the
state to add college student
representation, and it is the first
to agree to two representatives.
The president of the Student
Government Association at the
University of Georgia sits with
the Athens council.
Ches Gwinn, SGA president,
Chuck Hill, sophomore class
president and other student
representatives attended the
council meeting to present the
proposal. Mayor Pro Tern Don
