Future plans for the

Baptist Minister Takes Helm
To Assist Pafford In Duties
A former Baptist minister, Dr.
J. T. Ford, Sr., has been named
by President Pafford to the
position of Executive Assistant
for Administration at West
Georgia College.
Dr. Ford will function as staff

Dr. Mitchell, a Buckhead

respected in his profession, has
been active in real estate for
many years and holds a Georgia
real estate license.
Mr. Mankin heads Mankin

being a business consultant, he
organizes limited partnerships to
acquire and develop real estate.
The ultimate owner and
developer of the Hays property
will be “Village Properties,
Ltd.”, a limited partnership. Mr.
Mankin and Dr. Mitchell will be
General Partners and manage
the development. Limited
Partnership interests are being
offered to investors in Carrollton
and the Atlanta area.
“Our first subscriber,”
revealed Mr. Mankin, “was an
Atlanta-based development
company”. He explained that
limited partners will own 100
percent of the equity which
makes the syndication unusually
attractive to investors.
When the syndication has been
completed, the northern portion
of the property will be im
