This new movie is called “Whore.” Although the movie sounds as if it would be a “dirty” movie, in actu ality, it is not. This movie is geared toward helping teens who are in trouble and most often turn toward the streets. Most of theses teens are unaware of Stone’s latest flick raises doubts By Caroline Wilson Staff Writer ~ “JFK,” director Oliver Stone’s new controversial movie, is a film you will never forget. If you believe Oliver Stone’s version your view of the government will never be the same, but even if you don’t believe his version “JFK” will still astonish and amaze you. I was not alive when President Kennedy was assassinated, so I never formed my own opinion on how I thought he died. After seeing “JFK,” the three-hour-plus movie, I left the theater feeling that there definitely had to have been a cover-up. Several important questions were raised during the course of the movie. Such as, why are all the files from the investigation into the death of President Kennedy locked up until 2029? Why were so few secret ser [SUBUJftV r ‘] the dangers involved, or the trouble that it most often leads to. This movie’s primary goal is to educate people about what goes on in this kind of lifestyle as well as dealing with it in a “more truthful” manner, according to Ken Russell the film’s creator. “Whore” is a presentation of Trimark Pictures. It stars Theresa Russell, Sanjay, Benjamin Mouton, Antonio Fargas, Elizabeth Moorhead, and Michael Crabtree. It is based on the play by David Hines. The movie “Whore” has a release date scheduled for January 22. The book was released January 7. vice men and police officers on duty for the parade in Dallas? How, if there were only three shots fired, did President Kennedy have so many bullet holes in him? Why was there no recordings on tape or paper of Lee Harvey Oswald being questioned? And why was Oswald never given an attorney? Kevin Costner’s portrayal of New Orleans District Attorney Jim Gar rison was totally convincing. The only problem I had with Kevin Costner’s acting was his occasional New Orleans accent that popped in every now and then. Instead of using an actor to play the part of President Kennedy, Oliver Stone used real film footage of President Kennedy to get his point across more effectively. This film footage was successfully integrated throughout the movie. “JFK” is definitely a movie worth seeing.
