The Southern Cross, Page 10 Thursday, October 5, 2000 DCCW Mini-Retreat “Connecting with God” is the theme of the third annual mini-retreat spon sored by the Savannah Diocesan Council of Catholic Women to be held on October 14 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 250 S Davis Dr., Warner Robins. Father Timothy Donahue, of Saint Anne Church, Columbus, will conduct the scripture study. Father Fred Nijem, pastor of Sacred Heart Church, will conduct the Holy Hour. Kathry Godbold of Saint Teresa’s, Albany, will talk on the Blessed Mother; Mary Lindsay Skinner of Sacred Heart is in charge of the music. Cabrini Italian Dinner Columbus Deanery CCW Our Lady of Lourdes Council of Catholic Women will host the Columbus Deanery Fall Luncheon Meeting on October 15. Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. in the Church. Registration will be at noon, followed by lunch in the Parish Hall. Saint Benedict the Moor Fall Festival The Fall Festival at Saint Benedict the Moor Church is set for Saturday, October 21, from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.in the rectory / school yard at 556 East Gordon Street, Savannah.
