Teach For America Campus Chapters are founded and run by college students for the purpose of motivating the student body to
become educational advocates. In the past chapters have organized campus forums about education, hosted Teach For America
corps member panels, sponsored “Teach For America” days, established tutoring programs in local public schools, and written
letters to political leaders, newspapers and journals. Our campus chapters have also been responsible for influencing many of
this nation’s most talented graduating seniors to choose to teach in public schools.
By the conclusion of the 93-94 school year, Teach For America expects to have over 100 operating chapters across the country.
These chapters will be linked together through a national network headed by Jon Raj, the Director of the Campus Movement.
If you are interested in becoming a part of the Teach For America Campus Movement, please contact Jon Raj at 1-800-832-
1230 or complete this form and return it to the recruiter.
