This League is an organization in New York of women interested in Palestine. ADOLP S. OCHS, publisher of the New York Times, presented two large Menorahs to the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. In his address on the in stallation of the Menorahs, Bishop Wm. Manning pointed out that this was the first time that a Christian cathedral was using seven-branched candelabra of Jewish tradition.
