THIRTY is going well in Atlanta for The
Georgian. With a gain in local display for
January, another substantial gain in local
display was made in February.
The Georgian s gain in local dis
play in February was more than 50.000
lines.
The Georgian s circulation con
tinues to mount upward. The Sunday
American for the last six months has aver
aged above 1 56.000 each Sunday (largest in
the Southeast). Daily The Georgian reaches
more than half the city. This is the progres
sive portion of the market: the other two
daily papers appeal to the conservative
audience.
On Fridays The Georgian pub
lishes the only Foods Section published in
this territory.
The Georgian does not depend on
Prize Contests to get or hold circulation.
