Herman Martin Rich, son of Mrs. Wil
liam Rich and the late Mr. Rich, at
the Ahavath Achim Synagogue on
Washington Street. Rabbi Harry Ep
stein performed the impressive cere
mony, assisted by Cantor Aaron Lipitz,
in the presence of a large assemblage
of relatives and friends. Following the
wedding Mr. and Mrs. Berman enter
tained at a reception at the Progres
sive Club, followed by a dinner-dance.
Mr. and Mrs. Rich left for a wedding
trip to Cuba and Florida.
Miss Clemmie Haas is the guest of
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Haas at their
home on Briarcliffe Road.
I)r. Mortimer Ehrlich, of Bainbridge,
Ga., spent a few days in the city re
cently.
Mrs. Julius Simons spent a month
visiting relatives in New York City.
Mr. and Mrs. A1 vin Mayer have re
turned to their home in New York
City after spending a few days in the

Miss Daisy Jacobs spent a few days
in Columbus, Ga., recently with rela
tives and friends.
Miss Dorothy Selig has returned
home after a most enjoyable trip to
Boston, Cleveland, and New York.
Mr. Max Nussbaum, Sr., of Bain
bridge, Ga., spent a few days in the
city recently visiting relatives.
Mrs. Will Montag has returned from
Dayton, Ohio, where she was the guest
of relatives and friends.
Mrs. Weinberger and Mrs. Levison,
of Youngstown, Ohio, are guests at the
Hotel Winecoff.
The engagement of Miss Alene Fox
and Mr. Ralph Uhry, of New Orleans,
is announced.
Mrs. Max Greenfield is spending
some time in Boston, Mass.

Bainbridge, spent a few days in the

Macon, were guests at the Georgian

Miss Rachel Neely has recovered
from an appendicitis operation.
Mrs. Percy Myers, of Savannah, Ga.,
has returned home after a short stay
as the guest of her mother, Mrs. Mor
ris Rich, at the Georgian Terrace.
Mrs. Felix Levy, of Chicago, was
the guest of Mrs. Alfred Myers. Mrs.
Levy made a very interesting address
to the members of the Council of Jew
ish Women, her subject being “What
I Saw' in Russia ’.
