Mrs. Jake Selig, of New York City, is now residing at the Bonaventure Apartments for the winter. Miss Minnie Cuba has returned to this city after spending a few months in New York City. Mr. J. Schreiber is on the road to recovery after a severe illness lasting many months. Miss Katherine Kalman was the re cent guest of Miss Krnestine Hirsch. Miss Laura Williamson is spending several months in New York City. Miss Molyye Fagan, of Jacksonville, Fla., was the recent guest of Misses Marion and Dorothy Wender on La nier Boulevard. Misses Florence Bodne, Sara Cohen, and Ann Wilensky were recent visitors in Birmingham, making their stay at the Thomas Jefferson Hotel. Mrs. Ii. Lashman, of New Orleans, La., was the recent guest of Mrs. Clar ence Wcnar. Miss Katherine Spitz has returned to her home after a delightful stay with relatives in New r York City. Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Montag have returned from Hot Springs, where they spent a few weeks. Miss Sophie Lcesc, of Columbus, Ohio, is the guest of her aunt, Miss Rose Goldstein. Mr. and Mrs. Lyons Joel are again at home after spending a few weeks in New York. Miss Fannie Moldau has returned after spending a few weeks in New York City. Mr. Lee Lowcnthal, of Nashville, Tenn., was a recent visitor in the city. Mr. Elliott Haas has recovered from his recent accident. Dr. Irving Goldstein left recently for New York, where he will take an ad vanced course at Columbia University. Miss Manette Most, formerly of New York, is now making her home in Atlanta. Mr. and Mrs. I. Goldsmith and Mrs. R. Friend, of New York, were the guests of Mrs. Philip Shulafer and Mrs. Grossman. Mrs. Adolph Shulafer, of Savannah, Ga., has returned home following her visit here with Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Fox. Miss Evelyn Brown, of Mobile, Ala., was the guest of Mrs. Alfred Myers. Mrs. Simon Weil has returned home after a short stay as the guest of her sister, Mrs. Reuben Franklin. Mrs. Harry Gershon has returned from Baltimore, where she was a vis itor for a few days. Mr. Max Tanenbaum, of Augusta, Ga., was a recent visitor of his grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Tanenbaum, of Washington Street. Announcement is made of the en gagement of Miss Gussie Miller, of Baltimore, Md., to Mr. Jack Isenberg, son of Mr. and Mrs. D. Isenberg, of Atlanta. The date of the wedding will be announced later. Miss Dorothy Silver, of Columbus, Ga., was delightfully entertained by Miss Annette Pamarance at her home on Atlanta Avenue with a bridge party recently when she was a guest in the city for a few days. Mrs. Bruno Bcrkofzer has returned from a short stay in New York. Mr. and Mrs. Julius Simon have re turned from Hot Springs, where they spent a few weeks. Mrs. Rose Herzfeld, of Selma, Ala., spent a few weeks in the city recently as the guest of Mr. and Mrs. John 1 lersfeld. Mr. Julius Cronheim, of St. Louis, was a recent visitor in the city for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Lionel Kahn have re turned from a six-week trip to Texas. Miss Elaine Elson has returned home from an extended trip to Rochester, N. Y., where she was the guest of many friends and relatives. Mrs. Armand Wyle is in New York, where she is visiting her relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Fox received informally, honoring their daughter, Miss Alene Fox, and Mr. Ralph Ehry, whose engagement was announced re cently.
