Miss Roe Dunn of Dublin, Ga. who spent the winter in Atlanta at tending the Georgia School of Tech nology has returned from a pleasant trip to New York City. . . . The Hebrew Commercial Alli ance which was organized a year ago in Fitzgerald, Ga. has just installed new officers for the coming year, as follows: Mr. H. Slakman, president, Fitzgerald, Ga.; Mr. A. S. Harris, vice-president, Ocilla, Ga.; Mr. Alex Kruger, secretary, Fitzgerald, Ga.; Mr. Philip Ilolperin, treasurer, Fitz gerald, Ga. This company is capital ized for $100,000, incorporated and loans are extended to members. . . . Mr. Joseph Cohen formerly con nected with the H. & S. Store of Brunswick, Ga. has been transferred to Fitzgerald, Ga. H. & S. Store. . . . Mrs. J. Nathon and daughter, Elaine, of Ocilla, Ga. spent several weeks in Baltimore, Md. as the guests of her parents. . . . Miss Zelda Bon nett of Nashville, Ga. who recently underwent an opera tion in Baltimore, Md. is recuperating at her home. . . . Miss Annette Harris of Ocilla, Ga. spent several weeks in Miami, Fla. as the guest of Miss Millicent Rubin. Deaths Mrs. Ida Cohen passed away recent ly. She is survived by Mrs. Levi Fine- stone, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Ruben, Mrs. Philip Elson, Mr. and Mrs. I. B. Gor don and Mrs. I. Adelstein. Rabbi Ep stein and Rabbi T. Geffen officiated. Mrs. Louis Hoffman passed away recently. She is survived by her hus band, a daughter, Mrs. C. Holzman, of Chicago; four sons, Hyman, Sam, Morris and Isadore Hoffman; a brother, Jacob Chomsky. Rabbi T. Gef fen officiated. Master Charles Greenbaum passed away recently. Besides his father, Mr. E. Greenbaum, Charles is sur vived by two sisters, Helen and Betty Greenbaum; two brothers, Leonard and Irwdn Greenbaum. , Miss Jeanette Arnovitz passed away recently at her home.
